# LogisticsERP

> LogisticsERP is a transport and freight forwarding management system (TMS) built by CodeJungle Sp. z o.o. (Poland) and developed since 2017. It is no longer being developed. Its successor is LiteTMS (https://litetms.eu/), a new transport management system built from scratch by the same team. LogisticsERP customers are being moved to LiteTMS personally.

Key facts:

- LogisticsERP launched in 2017: web-based transport and forwarding software (orders, forwarding, fleet, accounting, reports) with a driver app. It is no longer developed.
- LiteTMS is not a new version of LogisticsERP. It has new code and a new architecture; only the experience and the team carried over.
- LiteTMS pricing is pay-as-you-go: orders and contractors are free and unlimited; customers pay for active users and other account resources plus paid services (AI, SMS, premium maps). No setup fee, no minimum term. Rates and usage are visible in the panel before invoicing.
- Switching: employee, vehicle, trailer and contractor records can be imported into LiteTMS from CSV/XLSX; the LiteTMS team also helps with migrations. Data can be exported at any time as a password-protected ZIP.
- LiteTMS features: AI assistant, AI Builder (custom tabs from one sentence), live orders and fleet map, orders calendar, nearest-vehicle matching, route corridors and geofencing, realistic ETA with breaks, custom vehicle inspections, documents and CMR, invoicing in multiple currencies, CRM, chat with automatic translation (184 languages), SMS from orders, 3D load planning, deadlines and reminders.
- LiteTMS Driver (mobile app): one-tap statuses, CMR photos with geotag and timestamp, photo/signature tasks at stops, incident reports, planned route from dispatch, offline maps, translator; no separate app charge.
- Web panel and mobile app are available in 41 interface languages. Official support: Polish and English.
- Security: Polish operator, production data hosted in the EU, GDPR/RODO-compliant, a DPA for every account, two-factor login, role-based permissions, 99.9% platform uptime.
- Status (2026-09): LiteTMS is live; new companies are onboarded personally in small groups; self-service signup is coming soon.
